Moving on.....

...at last! we complete on our new house on Friday and after a weekend of decorating, plan to move in on Monday.....yippee!

Can't wait!

Let's hope this time will be it for a good long while........this'll be 6 houses in 5 years for Becky and I!


anyway, we'll be offline for a week or so from Monday so wish us luck and we'll be back soon!

Hiya,

I wish I was moving this week!

My DF & I bought our house in Oct. Got keys in Dec and rented a van in Jan to take everything not nailed down to the skip!

The place was a dump, Not lived in for 18months and elderly people before that. We could have laid all the junk mail end to end around MK several times!

The builders are in as we speak. We now just need walls plastering, Bathroom & downstairs wc plumbing in, Kitchen fitting and of course a wall replacing because the builder got the wrong end of the stick and thought we wanted it knocking down (I said a few choice words that day!)

Then I believe the fun of painting and flat packed furniture will start!
