Moving Luggage

Help, Please.

We are arriving late on Saturday and decided to stay at POP. You know saving points,etc.

Anyway. We will need to transfer luggage from POP to SSR. How do we do that? Do we need to stay with the luggage until it is picked up at POP or can we head off to the parks since we will do the quick check out if available.

How do we tip the porter if we leave the luggage in the room?

When we arrive at SSR where will our luggage be? How do we get it? If it is in our room, how do we tip the porter?

When you check out at POP, tell the bell service that the bags need to be transfered, and tip them (and get a reciept). When you go to check in at SSR (after 4pm) present your claim to bell services and your bags should be delivered to your SSR room (and tip them) without a problem!!

Can we check out at POP by calling the front desk or do we have to go to the front. can we get bell service by calling bell services.

We moved from BWV to ASMo and the luggage was in the room at AS when we got back and then from there we went to VWL and had them transfer the bags to that resort and the bags were in our room once we arrived back at the resrt that night. It really is easy and oh so convenient.

I'm wondering too. I'm still a bit confused about the check out procedure. We usually use express check-out so how do you let bell services know to transfer your luggage. Can you just call them or do you have to take your luggage to the bell services desk.

You can let them know at check in and you can call them the night before check out or just take it down with you and have them transfer it we usually just took it down and had them move it. We would then drive to the other resort check in drop off the car in the lot and hop the bus to wherever we were going that day.
