I just need to whine a little please.
We just moved, from a house to an apartment. My blind kitty is bumping into things all over and the vet said he would be fine in a couple of days. BUT watching him hurt himself makes me feel like a terrible person. He has bloodied his lip and there is a constant thumping noise when he walks into things. It is so hard to watch him keep hurting himself, he just shakes it off
Poor little guy. I tried confining him to one room, and he was howling to be out with us, so now he is sleeping in a moving box.
Dtv was supposed to come today from 8-12. At 9am they called to say they are out of HD equiptment it is on backorder and they will see if they can get some by WEDNESDAY. Ugh, couldnt they have called yesterday? Terrible customer service, but we LOVE DTV so we are over a barrel with them right now.
And now I have become painfully aware that this kitchen is goibng to be a challenge. There are tiny appliances! No freezer or fridge space,tiny dishwasher, and about 1/3 the cabinet space we had before. Looks like we will be using the spare bedroom closet for kitchen items-crockpot,handmixer etc etc
Anyway, on a good note, the movers were terrific! The ABF pods were awesome! And the new king size bed is wonderful! And this third floor apartment is going to force me to use more stairs than usual, that is a good thing!
