Do I feel lucky today! I called on a whim and found out the SOG had a room available at CR for every day but the first night, and CRO said it would be no problem to change my length of stay from 7 nights to 1 at POR. Not only am I saving money with the SOG, but I get to stay at the deluxe resort that I used to stay at when I was a kid!
Here's my question - we'll want to head over to the CR to buy our discounted SOG tickets on Sunday morning, so following checkout at POR, what is the best way to get luggage over to the CR? Should we bring it ourselves since we are going there anyway (will it be awkward on the bus?), or should we have it transferred for us? What time do the busses start running to the TTC?
Another question - recent posts of people staying at CR through SOG didn't appear to be too positive. Anyone have recent positive experiences at CR? I'm excited about having the convenience of the monorail, bigger room, etc. - any other positive benefits?
