Moving closer to WDW?

I am curious, are there others like me who are actually considering moving to a state mainly because it is driving distance to WDW? I grew up on the gulf coast but now i am living in Montana, not exactly close to Florida. My husband and I are really looking at moving to Georgia and a big part of that is because we could drive to our favorite place to vacation. Has this been main considerations to others or are we odd?

I don't think thats odd at all. I live 9 hours from Disney and it isn't close enough.
