Movies based on rides

I'm not crazy about the idea...particularly after seeing some footage of the new "Country Bear" movie on tv this morning on CNN. what do you guys think? I also heard we can expect a "Pirates of the Carribbean" and a "Haunted Mansion" film, starring eddie Murphy (on CNN).

I think it shows a real lack of creativity when you are so desparate for ideas you have to reduce yourself/company to making movies based on your rides. Apparently they are out of any original ideas.
