My daughter wanted to have a halloween party. I felt that there was too much going on around Halloween to even consider it, so I suggested that we have a movie party. We are renting out a local theatre for three hours and having snacks and a movie. I am stumped as to what to suggest they watch. My daughter is 7 and in second grade and we have invited her entire class.
She wanted to watch Batman Begins, but I thought the rating was inappropriate considering it's not just my kids. Then she wanted High School Musical but I don't see the boys liking that and them goofing off during the movie.
I suggested watching finding nemo or something along those lines and she looked at me like I had three heads.
Can anyone suggest anything that might be liked by both boys and girls, ages 5-8 ??? lol
Any ideas are welcome. I was actually considering E.T. or a christmas movie since we are doing the party the week before thanksgiving, but I'm not sold on anything. thanks!

thank you for all the suggestions I thought about Nightmare before Christmas but thought it might scare some kids.
( There are 3 elementary schools in her district I only invited the kids from her school, but some of the cheerleaders go to the other elementaries ) There were 71 kids that came from school, plus all her cousins. THAT was insane on my part. I will NEVER do that again!!!!
