Movie: (500) Days of Summer

This is a quirky good movie. The pacing was a bit slow in some parts. Sound track was great.

I loved it! I saw it here when it was in theaters and thought it was really sweet. Zooey Deschanel did a great job and it was one of those movies where I walked out of the theater thinking that I got my money's worth.

Dh and I ended up being disappointed in it. We saw it at a film festival at the beginning of the year and went in expecting to LOVE it and just didn't...some parts were cute, but the characters weren't written so tha you cared about them and we feel the final scene is one of the worst written bits of the whole thing. I was so sad, as I really wanted to love this film...

I liked the final scene especially the girl's name.

Now see I identified with Tom Hanson and liked the character. I thought having the dating advice come from the little sister was very funny.
