Moved to tears in AP?

I’m not usually a cryer but does anyone else tear up at the AP show? I get goosebumps and have to hold back tears. It also happens at the shows, especially the Lion King performance in Dreams. I could seriously start balling and have to stop myself.

I didn't cry, but I definitely got overwhelmed and got goose bumps at the show in AP (on the classic ships). They do the magic so, so well.

Yes!! I truly almost cried when Mickey came out at AP and I'm not even a Disney fanatic! (OK, I'm a DCL fanatic, but the rest of it....)

I'm not a crier either, but I have to admit there is just something that gets me with Disney's magic. They really know how to make us adults get all the feels!

This is my wife. She doesn't care for Disney much at all, but even all the same was completely blown away by the shows in AP.

I'll admit I got a bit teary eyed but mostly because Sorcerer Mickey is my DS6's favorite and he had no idea that he would come out (I had read about it beforehand so I was anticipating it) so I was just really loving his reaction when he realized Sorcerer Mickey was coming! Plus that Fantasmic music just makes me happy!

Every time they play that film series before Mickey pops out at AP I get teary and my DH laughs at me!

I think Disney music might be the common denominator in stimulating our feelings...it does it for me. Certain songs that surround an emotional scene make me part of it...can't help it and I turn to mush. Often it isn't just a show on the ships that does it, but a bit of pixie dust provided by a cast member at just the right, unexpected moment. I love the ships' horns, too. They remind me of pirates, stars, small worlds, etc...great memories come flooding back. Maybe, if we don't experience these feelings, like the line from the "Santa Clause" movie states, "you (are) just denying your inner child."

I definitely enjoy the Magic and Wonder's version more than the Dream class shows in AP. While it's fun to draw your character, that show on the smaller ship gets me every time!

I'm not a Disney person at all, but I teared up and found it deeply affecting. Definitely one of the places the smaller ships have it better than the larger.

It happened to me on our November Magic cruise. The older I get the harder it is to hold them back. The first time I saw Tangled and Frozen, it was the same. (And the 2nd, 3rd and so on times too!)

When I was on the Magic in December with my friend and her family, she was crying from happiness seeing Sorcerer Mickey, and her husband was crying watching her cry, because he was happy for her.
