Moved from DVC-Planning: Any trouble buying your DDE card at Guest Services?

Since this is a last minute trip, we don't have time for DDE to send us a card. They recommend buying our DDE card w/ our AP disc at Guest Services when we arrive.

Has anyone done this?

Any trouble? Time consuming?

We bought ours at Guest Services in Epcot in October.

FWIW, the ticket window where you BUY admission tickets is NOT where you buy DDE (I knew that but for some reason I flaked about it). The Guest Services guy at Epcot said any of the Guest Services can sell them to you - so I"m guessing at all four parks plus DTD.

We got ours at Epcot in January and yes any Guest Services can sell them to you. They are now like the ticket media paper, not the plastic card as before.
The whole transaction took just a few minutes. Have your AP and ID - oh and the money
