UGH!! Last year, when we had our house on the market, the home next to us sold first. We had already moved into our new house but lived nearby so we were constantly checking/maintaining the other house.
I remember the sinking feeling I had when I saw this honkin' monstrosity in the driveway of the house next to us on a day we had an Open House scheduled. It was an old bus that someone had painted drab brown and maroon. What an eyesore!
I sympathize with you. Regardless if it's a top notch motor home or a Partridge family reject, these things can impact the sale of your house.
In our case, it was only there for a few days. I wish you the best of luck in selling your house.
