When I used to work night shifts it always reminded me of having jet lag!

My word we are on the same wave length. Thats how I explained it to dh. He could not understand it. I have only had 2 hours sleep today. I had to go back into work to speak to my nurse education department. I felt awful. I described it also as jet lag. I think it feel worse than working days, as your working against your body clock. Especially shift work.

yep, my DH would move out there in the blink of an eye, colorado, new england would be his ideal, he also wants to go and work for the mouse for a bit!! We two are also nurses - cardiac and general practice (seems to be a bit of a theme going on here) Our concerns are the lack of holidays and long hours out there and i have had cancer and other health problems and really worry about health care over there, would they have me???

You have to be able to buy a buisness and employ Americans to stay in America. Some friends of ours owned mr b's toy shop in the mercado they had to work 12 hours plus a day they eventually bought another shop to be sure they could renew their green card. They are back over here now and she has gone back to nursing they didn't really enjoy it after the novelty had worn off it wasn't what they expected.
