He looks more like the SCREAM mask face than Jack. The one at Disneyland has the round pumpkin shape face. I was disappointed with how he looked.

Oh my word! Your poor mother. I'd definitely talk to an attorney who can at least give you an idea of whether or not this is something that you should pursue. Just make sure that you don't go to an "ambulance chaser". They'll tell you anything just to get the case. (I know that from experience since I work on the legal field.) Praying that you find out answers for your mother!

Oh no! I'm so sorry your mom is in pain. She may just want to get seen and have it over with, though. I know the justice system is a real mess with personal conflicts. My mom had to go through a medical malpractice suit a long time ago, I was a newborn so I don't remember it, but I've heard it got UGLY.

I am so proud they did this!!! Zack went last night to buy his gifts!!! I am really proud of them it's so cute to watch the cashier with the kids too. They get a kick out of it.

This can go many different ways. This year our Elf is a wee bit naughty/mischievous.. duck taping things to walls. having 'snowball' (mini marshmello) fights in the kitchen. you can have LOTS of fun with them!!!

Mom update. She went to the dentist yesterday has to have 2 teeth pulled instead of the original 8 she thought. apparently the back is doing OK. again she is going to do what she wants about speaking to a lawyer. I don't bring it up anymore.

Having some issues with the kids teacher so i had to meet with the principal yesterday i really hope that is rectified.

Did a lot of Christmas shopping. I HOPE i am done but i highly doubt it.

took Zack to get his presents for Matt and Meg. I will say they did such a great job with it. So adorable to watch them pull out their money hand it to the cashiers, Who were so delighted to do this too. They gave high fives to the kids other people in lines congratulated them said it was fantastic to see the Christmas giving spirit in little kids.. Just a great feeling. came home wrapped them watched a bit of TV. I was dead on my face. I have another one of my famous sinus infections. Hate these things!
Left left hand thumb area is killing me. Like i cannot hold a cup of coffee killing me. I thought it was my arthritis acting up Until Tom said no that's carpal tunnel.
Wonderful.

I guess i should have it checked out.

Not today i have to work job #2. I love job #2. wish i felt better.

Oh and we have the tree done finally!

It was LONG. Asking the CM how long would we have to wait he said about 45 minutes.. then winked and said or shorter...

So we jumped in line. Zack was NOT happy about having to take a break from rides. (tough toodles kid)

and we waited...

I was starting to get REALLY REALLY worried about missing the headless horseman from being in line for so long as people were lining up


The music was starting to play.. and we were still in line!

HE WAS COMING!!!! damn it do i jump out of line? Do i stay? the TWO THINGS i wanted were right in front of me.. what to do?


I stayed put and put on my zoom lens.

I was elated! I was able to see the headless horseman on his immense majestic beauty. Kids were in awe. couldn't not wrap their heads around this guy with no head. It was a fantastic site.
i was on cloud nine. as well as the kids. Oh what i would do to see this horse close up!!! Let alone ride him. swoon... Ok ok enough..
Finally we made up to the front of the line and had the CM's to talk to!!! they were lots of fun!!!
It was FINALLY our turn I was as giddy as a school girl.

OK.. SO you all KNOW i am a HUGE Nightmare Before Christmas FREAK! Tim Burton with Danny Elfman is BRILLIANT.
This jack? FREAKY! what is up with the alien HEAD?!


Sally was cute. I felt sorry for her as everyone in line wanted the Pumpkin KING! and his alien head. I will say ALL of his mannerisms were SPOT ON. the way he walked-talked-moved was JACK ALL THE WAY. I truly wish they would do something different with his head..

Sally made a lot of comments about Zero. The fact these guys were triplets.
Made a reference about Lock Shock and Barrel.

I had to get into the act! Kids showed him my tattoo (of him)




After this is where i got CREEPED OUT BIG TIME.
when the meet and greet was over he bent down took my hand he came very close to me... almost eye to eye nose to nose - I could see the depths of his huge eyes- It was the creepiest i have ever felt. like he was searching for my soul!
Would i do it again? HECK YEAH I WOULD! I do believe the meet and greet was a bit rushed. Yet i totally understand why! I wonder when is the best time to see him?!?

Who was a happy girl?? THIS ONE! Both my favorite characters? One night? only one missing was Lestat de Lioncourt... Who will never be at Disney. I digress.

Thankfully we got out just in time for the PARADE!!! Again Zack was NOT happy about not jumping from ride to ride here. again tough toodles kid.
so we walked quickly over popped our butts down right in front of the train station!!! There was NO ONE around!!! it was fantastic!

Your pictures of the Headless Horseman... Seriously - I have never seen such great pictures of him, he is always such a blur - but yours are fantastic. I don't know how Disney does it? I always thought it was just a short person who wore shoulders/neck on top of their head, but wow - this does not look like that, seriously - it's perfect!!! Again - Disney amazes me with their attention to detail. And you amaze me with your photography skills!

And to meet JACK!!! And SALLY!!!!!!!!!! Seriously!!!! That is truly ahhh-mazing!!! And all at the same time, I doubt much could top this moment for you?

So, it warms my heart to see the midgets doing the same thing.

We were waiting for the parade to begin near Splash Mountain, the starting point of the parade, when all of a sudden a man on a horse rode by. I knew that we had witnessed the Headless Horseman but to be honest, until I saw your pictures, I didn't really know what he looked like.

Since we were at the beginning of the parade when it started we were able to catch it again as we exited. Right where you got to see the Headless Horseman we were able to see the gravediggers do their routine right in front of us, while we were stopped at the crosswalk. I was really glad that we had a second and much closer glimpse of them.

Very tired today. Work job #2 last night and it was BU-SY like asked me to stay another hour. I loved it. but by the time i got home i was dead tired and my back was killing me.
Today i am back at Job #1 then dog training. tomorrow work Job #2 i have no idea what is going on at night (i'm praying nothing) then a "call in" for job #2 on sunday.
If i don't have to work on Sunday i would Like to start COOKIES!!!! my home smells just like a christmas tree.. YET it needs that sugary goodness to go along with it!

After seeing my great and wonderful Pumpkin king. and the magnificent headless horseman we the parade was just about to begin.
Shockingly there was NO ONE around the front and we plopped right down on the curb front row all the room you can imagine!
then this came around the corner:

as you can see it's extremely dark. I wish i was ready for the dark as i would have changed lens.. oh well! NEXT TIME!

as i said earlier. Zack was having none of this. he wanted to go on rides.

Eeyore came RIGHT UP TO ZACK. which i thought it was fitting. the somber Eeyore and the bummed out Zack. it was adorable. It perked him up a lot.

Hey, at least it was at the pool... On my recent trip, I got stuck in a slowly-moving crowd in MK, right behind a college-age girl wearing shorts so short that her buttcheeks were actually hanging out of the bottom of them. And being on a scooter, that view was RIGHT IN MY FACE. It's the only time I've truly thought about bringing somebody's inappropriate attire to a CM's attention. In retrospect, I should have taken photos so we could all laugh at her here on the Dis. Woulda served the little hoochie right.

I wanted everyone to take a nap before our next adr. Sadly it didn't happen.
We had to leave our little slice of heaven to get ready!

RIDE ALL THE THINGS! I was the same way at my MNSSHP. I'm not a big candy person so I didn't Trick or Treat, and the only character greet I waited a moderate amount of time for was the 7 Dwarfs.
