Mousesavers reporting AP rates out!! 2/12-4/17/04!!!

Thanks, I'm dialing now!:Pinkbounc

Just called and was told that you cannot book until Jan 2. Would be interested if anyone else can make a ressie.

I wasn't successful either. Apparently there were no rates in there and I was told to call back "in a few days". The CM did find the code listed. I'll keep trying! Good luck to everyone. I'm surprised to see this in effect over Easter, but you just never know about Disney.

This offer appeared on the DisneyWorld.com web site earlier today but does not appear to be bookable yet. Sorry, I was having a very busy day and didn't think to call and check it out before posting on MouseSavers.com. Guess I shouldn't have assumed it was working just because it was on the official web site!

I just called myself and was also told it should become active on January 2... if all goes as planned.

:teeth:

It was funny. My ressie cam back with a 10 day trip for the cost of $0.00. The CM had a good laugh. I was ready to pay in full:-)

Same experience here...the CM found it but couldn't book it. Suggested 1/2. Has anyone tried booking it on the site? Guess I'll go try!

Well, on the AP site it still just lists the current code. Wishing you all luck when it does come out!

$250 a night AP rate at the Poly is way higher than the past AP rates. Was anyone able to get rates for the other resorts?

Does anyone know if the week of Easter would be a blackout for the AP Discount? Thanks :)

This time period is peak season (spring break). The rack rate for Poly garden is $404 plus tax during peak season vs $299 during value season.

Yep. You are correct. Then it is a great rate! Thanks for clarifying DebbieB!!!

I tried calling a second time .............. just because we all know that sometimes things work at CRO and sometimes they don't. Got another great CM who had it all booked (actually it was a change to a current ressie) but couldn't get it to confirm the change. She had to investigate and called me back to tell me the rates aren't officially released yet. Like others have reported, she told me to check back "after 1/1".

This is for 4/17, which is a very high season, compared to when we usually travel. Std. room at Pop Century is $121 with tax at that time. We had AAA discount of $103, and she said the AP rate would be $83 with tax.

I asked her to check moderates and she said $116 std and $134 for a better view. (I assume these are with tax, but didn't really ask that)

We're looking for something for the following weekend, so wonder how long it will take to see if there's anything then.

WOW Ap rates out for 1/1-2/11 and now new codes for 2/12-4/17 coming in two days.... Has Disney been listening to all of us. Nice way to start off the New Year.
I'm waiting for May AP rates but I am very happy for everyone who has a trip planned between now and 4/17.

Enjoy the last night of 2003..

This leaves me in a predicament. I have POR booked April 14 -18 due to it being peak season. Then we change to POP century, 2 rooms, for 10 nights.

Should I change the POR ressie to POP century for 14 nights and take the ap rate for 17 April for length of our stay or wait and see if a better rate comes out for stays from April 18th ????/:confused:

I have the poly booked for April 18th - 24th.

If I arrive on the 17th will I get the rate the whole week??

Since my parents are going with us this would save us lots on 2 garden rooms.

Do you think any thing will come out for April 18th & later???

I believe April 17th is the end of "peak season" at most WDW resorts in 2004. You never know with Disney, but there will likely be new (lower rate??) codes then. We arrive the 16th---hoping these new rates will help us out!

How nice for people going Easter week that there will apparently be AP discounts even then!!

Does anyone think we'll be able to book this on-line? I really hate the 1-2-1-1 stuff!

If rates come out, April 18th is likely to be lower since it will be regular season. What you could do is book it all for April 17th to ?and if better rates come out for April 18, cancel the nights of April 18 and after and make a separate reservation at the lower rates for those dates (if you can't change your arrival date). Last year the end of April was $199 for garden view Poly ($250 peak season).
