Mousesaver Upgrade

I just got the mousesaver email letter and it list an upgrade to a pool view at the Radisson with a $59 rate. I followed the link and my dates were available (6/29-7/5), but it did not show an upgrade to the pool view for $59. It was my understanding from the letter that you have to make the reservation using the link provided. Could someone please tell me if I am doing something wrong or if I read the info in the newletter wrong. Thanks!!

The Mousesavers newsletter does say "subject to availability", so there might be a possibility that the upgrade pool view rooms are unavailable. However, it sounds like you got the $59 rate, so that's not too bad!

The upgrade doesn't show at the time of booking, but it is automatic if you reserve through the special link in the newsletter. Just book the least expensive rate and you'll be upgraded to pool view.

I was holding a reservation at the Radisson Parkway that I booked through dreamsunlimitedtravel.com at the $63/night rate for the courtyard view. Then I got the Mousesavers e-mail. I cancelled the one I had and booked the $59 rate through the e-mail ($4 is $4!) instead. Through the link on the e-mail it did show "pool view" on the availability screen. I thought it was a great deal and I was so glad that I had signed up for that mousesaver e-mail only 2 days before!!!

Well since there are no AP rates for August yet - we just booked our room for August. But we chose courtyard just because whenever we have had a poolview room in the past it was too noisy for us.

Does anyone know how to modify a reservation, or cancel it if need be?
It said in the email confirmation to contact their reservation department, but it didn't give a phone # or email addy.

Were you wondering about contacting dreamsunlimitedtravel.com? You have to e-mail them at reservations@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com for anything that has to do with your reservation. What they do is send the change or cancel request to the hotel and then send you a confirmation once they hear back from the hotel.
I have contacted them about trying to cancel my reservation 3 times and still have not rec'd my cancellation confirmation. I re-booked through the mousesavers e-mail link for the Radisson at the $59 poolview rate and when I called the Radisson they now have 2 reservations for me.
I am worried that the other through dreamsunilimited will not be cancelled in time. I guess I will e-mail them again tomorrow. It really stinks that they do not have a phone number that you can call.

No, I made the ressie thru the Mousesavers newsletter link.
Did you call the 407 number or is there a toll free number to call them?

I may try to split the stay if I can get an AP rate for August, but I know a lot of people had a hard time getting an AP rate for a moderate with this batch that just came out. So I made a ressie at the Radisson for our entire stay to be on the safe side.
