If you did order from us, you should have a transaction ID number and a USPS Priority Mail tracking number. Please post this information or otherwise furnish it to us.

If you will return the pins to us, we will be more than happy to fully refund your money. Your post on the disboards is the first notice we have had that you are unhappy with the pins. I heard about mousepinsonline from the disboards and I ordered through them and I was very happy with my purchase as someone poasted earlier they are smaller than the pins you buy at the parks but, that is one of the reasons that I like them. My kids are 4 & 6 and the size is perfect for them. Within 4 days of ordering my pins I recieved them. I just recieved an email about the July special and I plan on ordering more. when we went to Disney we just started pin trading and we purchased all of our pins there well guess what?? We came home with 2 propins that my little guys traded for.

Hmmmm, posts about an online pin broker from someone with 6 posts (3 of which are about the pin site) and then all of the sudden the owner of the site shows up to defend the site Surprisingly, I've gotten e-mails from someone at ebay who just happened to notice that I was bidding on Disney pins and thought they would let me know about this same site.

How about being honest about who you are. Let your customer service and quality of merchandise speak for itself. Others here have made mention of your site. These spam tactics have certainly persuaded me not to buy from that site!!!

Every order we ship has a transaction ID and a USPS Priority Mail tracking number. We have no record that the poster ordered pins from our site. I am not saying it did not happen. I simply requested more information in order to track the order to which the poster refers. If, in fact, the poster did not order, then that needs to be brought to light.

So, supposedly no Tobias sampson from the midwest bought any of your pins? You know, my name isn't actually meandtheguys2 either. Originally I never said I was from Ohio when I started posting on the Dis.

My issue with your company was the numerous attempts to get your name in print. BeamMetoDisney on the collectors board, Mr Incredible, InderellaKay or the lovely soul who sent me the msg on ebay. Dis policies are their own, but I don't like being played. Your product may be fine, if you like the cheaper pins. I do think people deserve to now that is what they are purchasing, and that for a small amt. more they can buy pins that are "keepers" rather than just buying pins to get rid of for a better pin.

I personally have been very happy with the lighter weight propins, my Dks are very little and they really do not like the bigger pins. I have no connection to mousepinsonline, but I feel it's ok to share a bargain with fellow disers. I also have no connection to Chuck E Cheese or Kidzeyes or any other bargain that I post about. Please don't accuse those of us (that share a desire to save others money) of being paid or advertising these deals somehow connects us to the companies, if so a lot of companies owe me money. Ha Ha! It is an insult to be accused of such a thing!

I found disneypinsonline through a friend and have ordered from them just today....my girls (13 &9) fell in love with the 101 Dalmations pins so I ordered each of them one.....while I could care less if they trade them (I am having them pick pins they would be happy with no matter what!) These are the first ones I have found with such a variety. Granted I am new to the pin trading thing so I have not a lot of experience.

I have bid on quite a few pins on ebay also...I have found an awesome seller there and have had no emails telling to go to disneypinsonline....I am sorry that you had that experience.

Pin trading is just one more way for us to enjoy and spread the Disney magic please don't rain on my parade!!!

I do not have any affiliation with mousepinsonline whatsoever!!!!!!!!!! You have some nerve accusing me of such!!!!!!!! Contact a moderator if you don't believe I would be happy to answer any questions or submit proof! In fact I have sold my own regular Disney pins on ebay, so if anything, I would be hurting myself by advertising for mousepinsonline! I have one energizer pin listed currently on ebay. Do you sell pins on ebay or something??? You seem awfully upset that mousepinsonline is getting any publicity, is it just so hard to believe people are just happy about thier product??? Look at all of us here on the dis, do we all work for Disney, I know I don't!! I just love Disney as do the rest of us here. Disney does not have to pay for us advertising them on a daily basis.

I forgot to post this: On the flip side of things...Mousepinsonline, if you or anyone affliated with you are tampering with the sale of other pin sellers on ebay, that is illegal and you could be fined and prosecuted, I am not accusing you of such, but sometimes as a seller you look for ways to expand your business, I don't think you need to do that, your pins sell themselves!!
