Mousekeeping Opt Out

Does anyone happen to know if you can opt out of mousekeeping when you check in online? If so, how would we collect our gift card? We are staying at Port Orleans French Quarter in October.
Otherwise, we will wait to check in at the hotel.

I have been able to opt out from the phone in my room. The gift card is an email regardless of where you tell them.
