Mousekeeping at BCV

I thought I read somewhere that the villas do not receive mousekeeping every day. When I called to make ressies, the CM at CRO said that their was daily mousekeeping service, and that they also clean up the dishes. If anyone has stayed at BCV, what is the truth?

If you stay on points, you get the trash removed and towels replaced on day 4 with the day you check in as Day 1. If you stay longer than 8 days, you get a full cleaning on Day 4. You can pay extra to get a full cleaning or daily trash and towels.

If you pay cash to CRO, you get daily cleaning including clean towels. I think they only change the sheets every 4 days unless you request daily cleaning.

So both are correct, it just depend on where you get your reservation.

Thanks that does clear it up.. We are not going on points so that would be why we will get daily.
