MouseEarVacations/Cruising Co (sp)

We have booked several vacations and cruises with Sue of Cruising Co Etc and have been more than happy. Their service is fantastic!

We just booked our April 30, 2005 Eastern cruise with Tim Larison of Cruising Co (mouse ears vacation). We were a little nervous too, but he gave us a deal no one could beat, and I even had other travel agents telling me to book it because they could never beat the price he quoted me. I ended up finalizing the booking today, and got the rooms I wanted, as well as the original price he quoted me.

If anyone has had bad experience with them, I would like to hear it as well!

Thanks!!

Lee

I also have my first cruise booked with them. Sue W is my TA. She worked alot with me and the changes in category and stateroom that I made, and was great when i had to postpone our cruise for a year. She was great. The only bad part...just found out she is leaving...before we go on our cruise:(

I also have booked a land/sea package thru Tim Larison. He is wonderful!!! I truely cant say more wonderful things about him other than he is a great travel agent!!! He has answered all of my questions in a very timely manner (matter of hours or minutes sometimes) A friend of mine contacted him regarding a vacation she was thinking of booking---He contacted her from his vacation on a personal family cruise he was taking to let her know when he would be back in his office and get back to her---to me that just says-EXCELLENT CUSTOMER RELATIONS!!!!!!! I too got a great deal--he even contacted me and said my price had went down almost $200 (after I had paid my deposit)---you cant beat that!!!

Just made my final payment to them for my August 2004 trip.
Annette Owens from MouseEars has been great -- and SO patient. We've been planning this trip since January 2003. It was originally for November 2004, but the other couple cancelled. She knocked herself out to get us the best price possible to move the cruise to August so we wouldn't have to take our daughter out of school.

She has answered every email with all my trite and annoying questions and been incredibly helpful.

They have an excellent reputation in the industry and are well associated with DCL, WDW and DL.

I too booked my last April land/sea vacation through them. Vicki was my TA and she was awesome!!! Extremely knowlegable about all aspects of my vacation. Very prompt when I had a question. I would definately recommend this company!!::yes::

I'll second that for Tim Larison (MouseEarVacations/CruisingCO). He's been phenomenal!

Another vote for Tim Larison! We've booked Disney and non-Disney cruises with him. You barely have time to hit send on your e-mail when he responds!

It's almost uncanny about Tim how he responds to emails. And yes, I will 4th a recommendation for him. He's awesome for both DCL and WDW... he got us the last cat 11 on our cruise for August when it was "sold out". I hope he knows he has a lot of fans.

I agree! I booked with Tim Larison both this past May 23rd's Wonder and again next April 2, 2005 Magic. He is great and the best deal I have found. Very quick to respond and excellent service.

We worked with Annette in Dec. '03, after our 1st TA was transferred (due to the military..). She was great, and I feel certain we'll use them again, for the right price! ;)

We had the same situation as Disneyfan551 above. We worked with Annette for our November 2003 trip after Michelle moved to Japan.

Annette was great and we booked our April 2005 cruise with her.

I would have booked our Oct. 2004 trip with her but my mom got the travel agencies mixed up and ended up booking with The Mouse for Less (who have been very good to work with).

Annette is a very easy name to remember for booking Disney trips. :earsboy:

Another vote for Tim Larison. Always helpful, always quick to respond. He did our April 04 Magic cruise and everything was perfect.

Just curious... did you all call for a quote or did you e-mail? I e-mailed them 4 days ago and still have not heard anything. Everyone here is praising their customer service, but so far I've received none. :(

Oh I would try emailing again....maybe for some reason they didnt receive your request????? I had my response very quickly!!
Do try again!!!

I used them on my last WDW vacation. No problems, good experience.

Had planned on using them again but delay in getting the quote and being questioned on the stateroom I had already determined I wanted (deck / area etc) had me jump at an offer by dreams unlimited, who didnt question my choice and did fantastic job on the location.

Yet another vote for Tim Larison at MouseEarsVacation! Just like all the rest of these reports, he replies almost immediately to email questions. I must have sent him one or two notes per week! I am very happy with his service (although I haven't gone on the cruise yet!) Back in March, I posted a general note on the MouseEarsVacations website and got a reply from Tim. I am a control freak who usually likes to plan all the details of a WDW trip. But since they got rid of the Disney Club, its really hard to find a break. So, I wasn't sure about booking through a website and via email. It was so reassuring to connect with someone who responded to my emails especially since I was spending so much money.

Aimb, I would try posting again.

Tim was our TA as well and he was excellent (sorry, just got off the Magic and that word keeps ringing in my ears....;) ). He'd answer e-mail quickly no matter what time of day or night to the point where I accused him of never sleeping.

No need to be worried at all about Cruising Co. and you'll find a nice surprise in your stateroom when you embark.

Oh, do tell (since I used them), what was the surprise in your stateroom? If you don't want to spoil it for everyone, then just PM me. Thanks.
