Tim is really great -- he actually called me from WDW this week to finalize our upcoming cruise plans.

Well, I did end up e-mailing again, and this time I put Tim Larison's name in the agent field. He responded immediately! He was very helpful. I e-mailed him another question this weekend, and he responded very quickly to tell me he was at WDW this weekend but would get me the info I requested as soon as he retruned to his office Monday afternoon. I'm so glad I e-mailed them again - not only did his price beat all others, he has excellent customer service.

I just requested a quote from them on Saturday and got a response back from them very quickly. I thought is was just a confirmation stating they got my request.

So far so good. I have to make up my mind to see if those dates are good. Hard to plan a vacation in late 2005!!

She has been fast to answer questions and respond to emails.

We are not planning on cruising until May 2006 but since we want a Cat 3 I went ahead and gave them all of the info. We want it booked when it becomes available for the best price and room location.

He has the best service, is patient with our "many" questions and his replies are very timely. Does he ever sleep?

I just booked a 4-Day Wonder cruise with Tim. One word - Awesome! I think he's psychic. He would always e-mail me while I was already online. He's been great coordinating our upcoming trip (and had the BEST prices-and I sure did shop around). Thanks for the info on the boards that led me to him.

That's because I'm firmly convinced Tim never sleeps..... It never mattered when I e-mailed him, it seemed like his answer was always waiting the next time I checked my e-mail.

We're using them for our cruise in Dec. They gave us the best rate and so far Annette has been great.

Also, they are the travel agency handling Mousefest this year, which is being sponsered by allearsnet.com and passporter.com, so they must have a pretty good reputation.

Hello,
Thanks to all of your enthusiasm, I requested a quote yesterday. Although the particular voyage was comparable to other quotes, he offered up two less expensive alternatives within a few weeks of the intended date. The rate for the week before beat everyone else's by $150.00. So, we are switching gears and heading East again - I love the extra sea day and have sailed both itineraries already.

Another vote for Tim. I began planning our Jan 2005 in Jan 2004. I sent email requests for quotes to 3 different companies. All responded in a timely fashion and the quotes were very close. The thing I liked about Tim is that he provided extra room options. We are a family of 5 and the 2 competitors quoted me only the family room for 5 with veranda. We ended up booking 2 secret port hole rooms. Tim also provided me with a listserv for renting DVC points.

I just sent a quote request to Tim as well - thanks to hearing about him on these boards. I did get a quote back from DU for the 12/17/05 Magic Western but found it was several hundred dollars higher than what Allseas has listed on their quote page (have also sent them an email request but haven't heard back yet) and what I'm getting from Cruise Value Center and Cruise.com. I do like to work with DU as I have done so for my upcoming 3 day Wonder but if I can work with somebody as reputable and for a few hundred dollars less, I will. More money to spend on the ship
