Mouse ears???

Can these be purchased and customized anywhere outside of the park? We're arriving late afternoon and going straight to dinner at Chef Mickey's, and I thought it would be so cute to have my boys wearing the mouse ears to dinner!

I've only seen that they can be customized at the Chapeau in MK, but I thought I saw some sewing machines in the Judge's Tent.

I don't think they can be done outside the park.
