Motorcycles At The Fort

Does anyone bring thir motorcycles with them to the fort? I have thought about bringing mine and my husbands bikes with us, but am not sure if we would use the. Anyone else bring theirs and actually use them while you are there?

I am sorry, I should have been clearer. I mean't to use them in the whole area, not in the fort. We have our own golf cart for that.

I don't think motorcycles are allowed at the Fort. They may be allowed to go straight to your campsite, but they can't be ridden around FW.

I can't find it now but, there was a place on the website that told you where different types of transportation can be used like golf carts on roads but not on bike path etc. It listed motorcycles but all areas were posted as not allowed. I feel your pain, I wish I could bring mine ( probably best for everyone that I leave that noismaker at home though ).

still no we haven't but, at least you can if you want. I still can't bring mine because I can only bring the golf cart or the bike but, I bet it would be nice.

There is no way I would bring my ride. Even on WDW property, people are crazy, and as far as Orlando - FUHGET ABOUD IT! These people drive insanely.

You can bring your bikes to the Fort!! I see people riding them around all the time.

Having lived in Florida for 34 years however, I don't recommend driving around anywhere in Florida on one. DH & I each had our own bikes back in our younger days, and other drivers scared the poo outta me!

DH would love to have a Harley (it's a second childhood thing), but I put my foot down on that. Too many northern "cotton-tops" around here! Not only do they not know where they are going, but most of them forget to bring their brains with them when they come! Can you say "right-turn" across three lanes of traffic? Or "left-turn" across three lanes of traffic? Or...."Bill, Bill, STOP!!! I want to get a picture of the "Welcome to Walt Disney World sign." So...they stop in the middle of SR536 & take a picture!!!

Yes, they are allowed my uncle stayed at the cabins with us and he came on his motorcycle. So I guess they are.
