We're wondering if we should splurge a little and take a towncar from VWL to the cruise? Or should we just take the motorcoach? What's the cost for the towncar? Last year we had driven our own car down to WDW so, we didn't have to take either. This year we're flying into Orlando and staying at VWL for a few days prior to the cruise. What is the best towncar company to use?

We used Yourride (found at yourride.net) just last week for our
transportation from MCO to the Radisson and then from the
Cruise Terminal to MCO. I think it was like $135 for the FIVE of us !!

SERVICE was EXCELLENT !! He was waiting at the airport when we
landed and also waiting when we got off the boat.

I would HIGHLY recommend them !!

We are going to use a towncar for our Magic Cruise in November. We want to make a grocery stop to pick up beer and soda on the way to the port. I believe the price is cheaer for 4 of us to take a towncar then to use the disney transfers.

We used to use the Disney buses for our first several cruises. They were okay (we enjoyed the video, which really got us in the mood), but a few times we ended up sitting in front of seat-kicking surgar kids, which was rather annoying (the parents parked the kids in the front of the bus and then sat as far away as possible from them, in the back). Now we use Happy Limo, which is nice because we can leave exactly when we want to. It worked out well when flying in on the day of the cruise...no waiting for a bus. Now we fly in the night before and have them pick us up at the hotel (which we get via Priceline or Hotwire).

Ditto...I would suggest checking out 'Yourride' on the transpo brd. Rabbitt and co. are getting excellent reviews. Of all the companies he gave us the best price for our group of 16. He will furnish 2 vans plus trailer for luggage, meet us at baggage, help load, stop at store and even furnish carseats for $145 fr MCO to Radisson@Port or $295 roundtrip, which works out to $18.50 pp plus tip. They also offer limos and his website offers a $5. coupon. http://yourride.net/
