I'm new to this board and I'm looking for help! I can't seem to get motivated to drop the weight I need to (about 20-25 lbs). I've followed WW many times but never have gotten to goal. Now I've gained back 20 lbs., and I can't seem to get myself to stop eating (I think I'm addicted). We are off to WDW in about a month and I had hoped to at least drop 10 lbs, but I've been working at it for two months, and it's up and down (I do well...then blow it), so I'm not down any lbs. Any ideas to get me started back on the right track would be appreciated! Thanks.
