Good point TomandLori!! My dh suffers from migraines at least a few times a week. But of course, he NEVER remembers to bring his Excedrine migraine medicine with him even though he almost always needs it. Lucky for him, I've started carrying it with me in my purse, but if he's out without me (at work for instance) he's on his own. So, surely I'll be the walking "medicine cabinet" on our trip.
Does anyone know where we can find the non drowsy dramamine? Is it over the counter? I'm not sure I'd trust the ginger pills to be powerful enough for dh. I used them when I was preg with my dd (severe "morning" sickness known as hypermesis gravidarum) and they did not help at all.
Thanks again for all the advice! It will make our trip much more enjoyable not having to worry about dh missing out on all the attractions.

I can cry off because rides might be too sickmaking for smallest DS (5). He's been known to throw up on a 15 minute drive so I take no chances! But I would like to find something he can take every day as I'm a bit worried about the bus (I can't take coach rides) and the travel pills I usually give him last 6 hours, so I wouldneed to give him another dose for an evening visit, so I'd be really worried he was getting too much of the drug. Perhaps I might try the ginger pills - if he'd take them.
