Motion Sickness!!!

As I seem to get (just a little) older I can not do all the rides that I used to just love!

Motion Sickness!! on spinning rides and even the, what do you call them, uh? virtual reality with the moving platform and video.


Help what does every one else do to alleviate these problems?

And is there a list of rides that might cause motion sickness?

If you are even slightly motion sickness avoid MS. It could ruin your entire vacation. Plus that the ride isn't cool enough for the risk.

NOW HERE IS THE THREAD I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR!!!!!!!!

WHEN I WAS YOUNGER, I USED TO GO ON EVERY UPSIDE DOWN ROLLER COASTER ON THE NORTHEAST COAST. NOW THAT I AM IN MY 30'S, I CANT EVEN GO ON THE FERRIS WHEEL WITHOUT GETTING MOTION SICKNESS.

I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM ANYONE WHO HAS RECENTLY TRIED MECLIZINE EITHER AT DISNEYWORLD, OR EVEN FOR A FLIGHT.

Be sure to check out tink's thread. He gave us a link in the above messages. I haven't tried it yet! I will consult my dr. first. But I hope it works! I can't wait to ride the rides I used to enjoy, and even try the "new" virtual reality rides!
