motion sickness/soarin?

I take a meclizine 25 mg first thing in the morning (aka Bonine, Antivert, Dramamine Less-Drowsy) and can't do Star Tours; EE and BTMRR make me woozy in a good way, and Soarin' does nothin' at all to me.

I have not been yet, so cannot say for certain, however, I can handle coasters and things that bounce and jerk, but not things that spin or virtual motion or IMAX (even some boat type scenes on large movie screens do me in). So, for me, Star Tours, Soarin' - out. I am not sure I would even do it medicated, as my problem is when the motion I see does not relate to what I feel. (And I medicate on the plane - Bonine and Dramamine are both good, Bonine seems to give me fewer sleepy effects) and I want to try ginger this trip.

No problem with star tours, Mission space (my favorite!), and soarin; however, I tried Everest twice 2 weeks ago and was sick for almost 3 hours after riding it. I just didn't like going backward in it. Not sure why :confused3
