There is really no way to tell how you will react until you try it. If you are prone to getting sick on spinning rides, you will probably be prone to getting sick on Mission Space. If Bonine or Dramamine have helped before on spinning rides, then they should help with MS.
My personnal experience...
I get sick on roller coasters and spinning rides despite trying numerous different type of relief. Mission Space sounded so cool I had to try it even though I knew there was a good possibility I would get sick. I took Bonine in the morning about 1 hour before getting to the park. At park openning we got FP for MS and then did Test Track. By the time we were done with TT, our FP time was open and we did MS. Well, I loved the ride but I'm glad it ended when it did as I could feel myself getting progressively queasy as the ride continued. I had to sit with DS (he was fine) on the bench in the hallway you exit into for about 20 minutes - heavy sweating, queasy, headache but I did get to keep my breakfast. After that we went and got a drink and snack and I felt better but it probably took 2-3 hours before feeling "normal" again. I'm glad I did it for the experience but I will not do it in the future. At least I can say been there, done that.
