Motion Sick on Soarin'?

I have been reading this thread with great interest. I would love to try this ride but have a lot of problems with the visual effects not so much the motion effects. How would you rate the visual effects compared to the movies in China or say France? I have to close my eyes often in China. TIA

I've said before and I'll say it right now: I wish they'd find a way to convert the movies in China and France from the Circlevision they have now to more of a Soarin' type of experience. The visual effects are similar, with wide-angle cameras creating a sense of motion. Being much newer and having used probably better cameras, Soarin' is much, much more fun. Being able to sit helps as well. I'd love to see China and France submit new movies done in the same way as Soarin', with maybe some voice narration to keep the educational component, and incorporate the Soarin' ride vehicle. I have no idea if they have the space for such a thing, but I'd love to see it if space and money are no object (they always are, though).

I have no problem with motion sickness so the thought really never entered my mind when going on this ride. I ride RNR, TOT, Misison Space...everything, with no problem. However I have to admit (I feel like a big wimp here ), I do feel a little funny when going over the highway at night scene. It has happened a few times now, always during that scene. I don't get sick or anything to ruin my day, just a bit dizzy for a second or two. So, I could see how someone who is prone to motion sickness, might have a problem here.
