Mothers Day?

In months and months of obsessive planning I didn't notice,until now, that our last day at disney will be Mothers Day. Our plan was to do EE at MK then do a late breakfast at Chef Mickeys.Will this be a hard PS to get because it's Mothers Day.Also we get a free character breakfast with the prince & princess plan. Will we not be able to use that because it's a holiday. We could do Chef Mickeys on the day before we leave. If that sounds better what would be a good PS time so that we could be done eating and get to TL when it opens.

Pick where you want to eat and make a PS as soon as you can. Mother's Day sees a Food Among the Flowers Brunch at EPCOT, so you may not have as hard a time getting a PS elsewhere as you think. Good luck.

Mothers Day is one of the biggest restaurant days of the entire year--so make PS for any restaurant once you are fairly sure when and where you want to eat.
