Mother's Day.

So, what are you getting your mommy?

I gotsta brag.

While technically not my mommy, it is my mommy's mommy. Anyway, me and my mom got together and formed this fabulous plan to surprise my grandma!

Basically, my mom told her she and my dad were traveling this weekend to a city about 2 hours away. So my grandma is staying here with me, and my mom and dad are 'at a business trip'. Really, they are at my gramma's house and they're renovating it! Paint, new furniture, cleaning, redecorating, all the works.

It is SO much fun lying about this! My parents forgot a few things so I've had to take some stuff over there. It's really fun being all stealth and getting everything necassary out of the house, and then making up and excuse and leaving. I'm getting pretty good at it actually.

I think this idea totally belongs on TLC. I feels like I'm in the middle of Trading Spaces or something.

Anyway, my grandma will stay with me until Sunday and then WAH-LAH! We show her what we did. It's gonna be so much fun.

Well, I gotta go run a ladder thingy outside so my dad can pick it up (god, they forgot a bunch of crap!) while my gramma's in the bathroom. Shhhh.

Honestly, I don't know.
I can't go shopping by myself and she's not out of my sight long enough lately to make her a card like I always do.
I guess I'll try doing that tomorrow, but I'll be with her most of the day.
Last year, I'm pretty sure she saw me actually making her card.

I hate it.
We go shopping and my step dad says "Hey, we're gonna go over here."
Sure that's obvious. Leave her by herself the day before mothers day so we can go over to the "baby toys" to find something. I never leave my mom while shopping just because so that's already suspicious enough.
I'm hoping once I can drive and get a job I can actually suprise her with something or buy her something without her knowing.
She gets angry if I ask someone else to pick something up for me and pay them back. (Like ask my grandma to pick up some gift and I'll pay her later because she said we should "Shop as a family." Well heck, I can't because they never go shopping and how suprising is that. Leaving the three of us to go shopping alone? It's not, that's the point.)

I'll probably just try to make a card and clean the house I guess.

Sorry, I've always been a bit annoyed by it, because I can't ever do anything nice.

As for my my grandma, my mom usually gets something and puts our name on it.
Then we get my aunt something and put her kid's names on it. =)

I'm not exactly the best child ever.
I'm making her a card.
I always do.
I'm either giving it to her when she gets home tomorrow at like 11.30, or I'm going to put it in the car before my aunt goes to drop it off at the airport.
I might buy her something, I'm not sure. I have no way of getting out of the house right now.

My mommy got this newfangled thing called a refrigidator. It's white and it has two sides! One to keep things frozen and one to keep things chilled! OOOOH-AHHHHH!

We're going birthday shopping today cause my birthday is also Mother's Day, so I'll try to gt her something then.

I got my mommy a singing card that sing's out are song (You are my sunshine) and this pretty white candle from Bath and Body Works.

For my grandma, I got her a funny card and also a candle from bath and body works.

So, I think my sister and I are probably gonna make her dinner. And I'm going to my grandma's tomorrow, so we will probably make her brunch, or something like that.

Yeah, we're really rubbish at Mother's Day... Father's Day too. My mum says we're forgetting Father's Day because we forgot Mother's Day

Mothers Day in the UK was in March, and I bought my mu(o)m a statue thing from the Disney Store and a huuuge Eeyore card. It's easy living with a Disney loving mother, just off to the disney store and voila!

Lawl I forgot Mother's Day was tomorrow until my boss wished her a happy one as she came to pick me up. Oops. :[

Thankfully, we already bought her present (Enchanted! She's going to be so excited~ ) but I'm unsure whether I'll have time to make a card. I might get working on that tonight, and then we may take her out to eat somewhere. Usually it's a restaurant for Mother's Day, but they're always so doggone crowded; I'm going to suggest that we have a picnic or something this year.
