mother's day and other questions

just realized our only park day will be on mother's day. does disney do anything for that at all?

and does the coke corner still host musical chairs with alice? i think it starts at 2:30, just wondering if that still happens. thanks!

There is a big Mother's Day brunch in the Disneyland Hotel.

Musical Chairs does occur at 2:30.

We were at DL for Mother's day 4 years ago. Right inside the gates before you go thru the tunnels, they had tables set up covered in carnations with a sign up that said " Happy Mothers Day". You could help yourself to a flower and I think the provided pins too -- so you could wear them as corsages.

WE were there last year. They had the carnations with pins. My daughters wanted to make sure I had one, but I lost it on a ride, so they got me another one. It was super sweet, and a lot of cm's wished me a Happy Mother's Day, as well as wishing my dd a Happy Birthday, her birthday was on Mother's day last year, so we got a lot of attention.

The Disneyland Brunch is sold out for reservations at least, sorry. There is supposed to be another one at Storytellers.
