I'm really wanting to schedule something unique and different for an adult-only dinner. (We've done all of the dinner shows and almost every signature & TS restaurant.) I'm looking at Highway in the Sky Dine Around, but would love to get a few other ideas!
For adults-only, in my opinion, nothing is more romantic than Victoria & Albert's. Then there's everything else.....
Our two [2] favorite Signatures that are not V&A are:
1.) BlueZoo - inside Dolphin. Order the extras like oysters.....
2.) Capa - inside Four Season. A diversion from Disney inside Disney. Excellent tapas.
Also, an idea I've given in the past as something very different - and this requires a
sense of humor:
a.) Purchase a candelabra from Village Gift Shop (nears Belle's Cottage),
b.) Secure a spot near live piano player outside Casey's Corner on Main Street,
c.) Grab a foot-long hotdog inside Casey's and dine with the candelabra while enjoying the music.
d.) For dessert, one of you can get The Kitchen Sink ice cream sundae at The Plaza (just across the street) that is served in Mickey's Pants.

Because nothing says, "New, unique, romantic, & Disney," like eating ice cream out of Mickey's pants and in front of faux-candlelight.
Personally, I'd wear a top-hat and my wife a flowing gown.....Ears work too.
