Or one that just doesn't get any notice? I'll go with the Impressions of France movie at Epcot. I don't know what it is about that film, but it just makes me happy. (I love the music)

..... but the TTA is my favorite ride. It's not a thrill ride or a kiddie ride so there's never a line. I don't know that it's ever been up-dated .... other then with the addition of Buzz. Most people probably think it's boring. But I find it very relaxing. I enjoy looking down at the people in TL. The blast of cool air going into SM is refreshing. It's just fun. I'm just glad DW agrees.

TTA used to be called the WEDway people mover.Get it !

I actually used to like the narrative more at that time.I think it was updated about 1992.The rest of the ride is the same and nothing has changed.

TTA and COP will always be my favorite underrated attractions, with Swiss Family Treehouse a close second (I just love it and wish I could live in it).:D

Cranium Command. Great pre-show, engaging story (although the characters are starting to look a little dated now).

The log ride in Norway with the trolls. Sorry everyone, can't quite remember the name :(

The ride in Mexico. With the older audio-visual technology & fiber optice effects, It reminds me of "If you Had Wings"

BTW, in Norway it's the "Maelstrom"

Ladies & Gents, this is neither rumor or news, so I'm moving it.

This may be a silly question, (don't hurt me I've never been to Disney)

WHat does TTA stand for?

Also COP?

TTA = Tommorrowland Transit Authority

Cop = Carousel of Progress

TTA is the current name for the Wedway Peoplemover attraction. Also a personal favorite of mine. It's updates, other than the name and narration changes, center on the attractions which surround it. Initially riders had a view into If you Had Wings, now the space occupied by Buzz, and the trackside "sets" in that area have therefore changed with the times. There have also been at least minor changes in the view inside Space Mountain. Essentially, the TTA is the same attraction - it's what you see from the ride which has changed somewhat.

When did TTA open ? Because it goes thru SM I assume it had to open around the same time as SM.

According to the 2004 Birnbaum's Official Guide, TTA opened in 1975. Space Mountain opened that year also.

Another vote for the Peoplemover! Last time we were there, SM was closed for repairs most of our trip and we got to see the inside of SM with the lights on! Very impressive!

Another vote for TTA. I rode that ride about 8 or 9 times on Easter during the many rain downpours that day. Very relaxing!

I don't know if you would call this an attraction, but in Exposition Hall, we found the b&w cartoons in the theater in the back to be a nice place to chill out. There are some cool cutouts to take family photos in also. I think I remember a WWTBAM computer game that was free to play in there. Check it out! Maggie

TTA, WEDway, PeopleMover...whatever we call it...I still call it my favorite, under-rated attraction. Once we rode it, we fell in love with it. Now it's done at least 3 times a trip!!!

LOVE TTA! All the name changing is kind of silly. Still referred to as the "people-mover" in our family. I think I've ridden that thing more times when the lights were on for construction for Space Mountain that not.:rolleyes:
