Are there any in Disneyland Paris?

Define romantic, any place is romantic if you have special memories together there.

Otherwise maybe Walt's, Remy, Captain Jack, the table restaurants in the Disneyland Hotel, Marvel hotel, New Port Bay and Sequoia Lodge could be considered more standard romantic.

But with 45-60 minutes from Paris, for true romantic night, I wouldn't stay in DLP.
