Most reliable transportation for very early AM return?

On my July trip to DL, I have a very early return flight out of LAX, needing to leave HoJos around 5:00 am. What do you think is the most reliable ttransportation that early in the morning, super shuttle or airport bus? Doesn't one of them have a stop right across the street, or do they come to your hotel?

We've always used Super Shuttle and never had a problem. The only issue is that they insist on getting you to the airport WAY before your flight time! So if you don't mind sitting around the airport for a bit - they are quite reliable - and they will pick you up in front of your hotel. The front desk should be able to call them for you with your flight info to arrange it as late as the night before - or you can arrange it in advance(not sure how far in advance they'll make a reservation).
