Most recently refurbed Value resorts?

We're headed down in Oct (I think) and are looking at value resorts this time. We usually stay at POFQ. can anyone tell me which values have been most recently refurbished?

I believe All Star Movies is the most recently refurbished.

Not sure which one is the most recently refurbished, but AoA is the newest resort, and it was in great condition when we stayed there last month.
