Most reasonable deluxe for 2A & 4C

They will be 18, I guess he'll be considered an adult then...15, 9 and 7

No standard deluxe rooms will fit 6 people. You'd have to look at either suites or DVC villas.

You're going to need 2 rooms, a suite, or a Wilderness Lodge deluxe (specific room category) room . This can get very expensive.
Animal Kingdom Lodge and Wilderness Lodge are the least expensive of the Deluxes at around $280/night (without a discount) for 1 standard room during value season. It goes up from there.
For two rooms, expect to pay at least $600/night without a discount. If you can get a discount, it can cut 20-40% off your room cost.

2 rooms at WL or AKL would be the least expensive. You may possibly get 2 standard rooms in the CR wing. :)

As others have said, you'll need 2 rooms, A Deluxe room at WL (the deluxe rooms at other deluxe resorts only sleep 5) or a 2BR villa. None of these options are cheap, but with 6 it's all they offer. The Deluxe room at WL will sleep 6 (2 queens & a queen sleeper sofa) & has 2 rooms, but only 1 bathroom. Getting 2 rooms or a 2BR villa will get you 2 bathrooms (3 if you choose BLT or Kidani).

Some of the deluxe resorts have a DVC attached and you can get a one bedroom that will sleep 6 but it is going to be expensive. The villas at AKL and WL would be the cheapest. Or you could check SSR or OKW which aren't deluxe resorts but are DVC's and would have a one bedroom suite that would be a little less expensive than the DVC's at the deluxe resorts. I hope that made sense.

DVC one bedrooms do not fit six you would need a two bedroom at a DVC.

BWI and WL both have club level rooms that will fit six.
Although they are expensive you would have breakfast, drinks and dinner appetizers included.

I believe the Club Level Deluxe rooms at BWI will fit 6?

2 Queen beds and a sleeper sofa

Yes that is correct, I forgot the BWI Deluxe rooms sleep 6, as do the WL Deluxe rooms. The difference is that BWI is one large room, WL is actually 2 rooms separated by French doors. The other Deluxe rooms have 2 beds & a daybed, so they only sleep 5.

I would suggest looking into renting DVC points for a 2 bdrm villa. You will really appreciate the size and having a living room to relax in and allowing people to go to bed or sleep later. You can also book directly through Disney, but renting points will save you quite a bit of money. If not, I would look into two rooms. We also have 6, and would have a hard time with 1 bathroom.

Can you get the ddp if you rent points? We're big on the plan..:goodvibes

Yes. The member has to book it for you though. With renting points, the DVC owner controls your reservation. That includes dining plan and magical express.

It might be expensive but if you can find a deal then I say at the CR.

We were lucky to get upgraded to a suite in the garden wing that had a king bed room, a sleeper sofa for 2, and then it had 2 more sofas that were bed size. It had 2 bathrooms, 2 entrances, a dining table and lots of space. A great view of the ELP and even some fireworks from the beach. It was so comfortable.

I think, especially for the younger kids, the single sofas would be perfect (in front of a HUGE t.v.), the sleeper sofa for the 2 older, and of course, the king bed for the parents and some peace and quiet!!!
