Most popular resort

I am curious as to which resort is the most popular on the DIS boards.

We tend to return to our favorite resort, and do not risk trying new ones: I would love to hear which resort you last went to, and why?

We last went to CBR and did not like it as much as some others...
LOVE WL, it is our favorite
BUT I really think the POLY is the FAVORITE resort of so many, even when we don't stay there we go several times throughout the trip for meals and fun

CBR for us. Love theme, very relaxing and beautiful.

We went to Poly last time. I enjoy trying new resorts, and have loved every WDW I've stayed in. There is something special I like about each one.
I do keep going back to WL in the deluxe category, it's a beautiful resort, and price is right! I love taking the boat to MK. Going back to WL in Jan. for 3rd time.
Will go back to Poly again some day, prob in summer next time. I missed having a hot tub in winter.
Our fav Mod is POR. We did like CBR too, but POR was the fav.

I have stayed many times at BWI and WL this Christmas staying at CR, I think Ill be spoiled in many ways, bigger rooms, MKV acess to monorail and walking right in MK, I can't wait to go, this could change what resort is my favorite

Last fall we started our vacation with 2 nights at All Star Movies ( over to Universal Royal Pacific Resort for two nights) then back to Coronado Springs for 7 nights. A quick trip to the Gulf to visit my parents, then back to Disney for 5 nights at The Beach Club and finished up our vacation with 5 nights at Port Orleans Riverside. This year its just a quick stay with 7 nights at All Star Movies and 3 at The Beach Club.

Our family loved the POP. Plenty of activities for the kids and lots of food choices. Going back again in 2011.

Went to CBR recently and it was disappointing. Love POR as our go to resort. But I visited the Boardwalk and would love to try this very impressive resort.

You sound like you have the exact same taste as us. We also were disappointed with CBR, love POR, and would love to stay at BW!

To the OP, you may want to separate CSR and CBR on the poll, as these are 2 very different resorts.

I wanted to separate CSR and CBR, but it is only possible to have 12 options on the poll, and there are more than 12 choices! I wasn't sure how to organize the choices...

I vote for Beach Club. Lately we always tack on a few extra days at the Beach Club for me ( the rest of our stay is the Poly because that is everyone else's fave!).

We stayed at All Star Sports during our last trip and loved it. We would definately stay there again but we want to try Port Orleans or Colorado Springs next time.

Not sure if this response qualifies as our favorite or most popular as we've been to all of them. Most multiple times each and several this year alone.

Our last trip a couple of months ago was to BWI and we will be at GF later this month. Since all members of our family have different favorites, I will vote for my favorite since I'm answering the question. (The POLY)

We always do POR Rierside when going Moderate the Alligator Bayou buildings and POP for value the 50's area buildings. I guess these places we are addicted to.

POFQ for our last trip. A quick stay of 3 nights at POP before a cruise this year. We've already booked POFQ for next August.

So I voted that we stayed at Carribean Beach, because we did, but my favorite so far is the Poly!!! This week we r staying at Bay Lake, and while I am super excited, I just love the theme of the Poly!!!!

Animal Kingdom -Kidani Village was awesome. Loved the theming and had no problem with having to go to Jambo House for most of the dining options. Actually, we would stay at Kidani every time so we could avoid the hustle and bustle of Jambo. We are trying Bay Lake next time around for the close proximity to all of our children's favorite attractions.

We go to WDW for 3weeks so tend to do split stays. Last June/July we stayed at Coronado Springs, Contemporary and Beach Club.
First choice would be Epcot resorts as we like to walk to Epcot and DHS.

We tend to try places we haven't stayed at yet, although DH would stay at BWV every time-we have DVC points. We have stayed at POR, POFQ, Fort Wilderness cabins, Cont., BLT, OKW, SSR, BWV, BCV, AKL and AKV, second time TODAY!!

I love AKV and AKL the best.
