On a relative basis, all of the resorts are probably pretty equal. All of the resorts except OKW either already had a lot of infrastructure or would share infrastructure costs with the attached hotel resort. OKW was a ground up resort and didn't have the infrastructure available that the others had, but they had a lot of units to amortize the costs over. With SSR a huge amount of infrastructure was already there, so that one may have been the Jackpot for Disney.
On the matter of minimum points, we bought our first OKW contract in 1994 and we bought 210 points, so the minimum had to be less than 230 at that time. I don't recall specifically if we bought the minimum or if we decided we needed 210, but I would guess that we bought the minimum.
