Most important rides at each park

So, I was wondering what are the essential rides at each park? We are going to MK twice, so Im hoping we can do most, but inevitably Im sure there are just some rides we wont be able to do, since its our very first Disney trip and we dont really know the layout and my two DD, ages 7 and 8, have never been to an amusement park before, and Im sure wont tolerate the many hours of walking and waiting in lines well.

What rides should I get FP+ For? What might be better options than what I have, if available.

I have the following fast passes already and will book the rest soon:

AK:

Expedition everest
Kilimanjaro safari's
Kali River Rapids

MK Day 1:

Barnstormer
Peter Pan Flight
Space Mountain

Epcot:

Soarin
Mission Space
The Seas with Nemo and Friends

These are my must dos for a trip:

AK:
The safari and everest.

Epcot:
Soarin, test track maybe too but I'm not a huge fan

DHS:
Toy story mania

MK:
All three moutains, maybe 7 dwarfs but I haven't been since it was added, haunted mansion, and philharmagic.

I think the Barnstormer fastpass is a waste, I would get something else.

MK: Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Splash Mountain, Peter Pan, Seven DMT. I would pick from those, and try to ride whichever you don't get fast passes for at rope drop if you can. Most of these I ride multiple times per trip, even if I can only do them once in a day.

Epcot: Soarin, Test Track, Mission Space

AK: Expedition Everest, Kilimanjaro Safari, Kali River Rapids

HS: Toy Story Mania

Forgot to mention: If your girls are into Frozen and want to meet Anna and Elsa (MK) thats another thing you will probably have to do at rope drop.

If they're tall enough I would definitely switch barnstormer to space mtn. All of the people I know taking 7/8 year olds say it is their kid's favorite ride.
