I know that Disney doesn't really have what most parks consider to be thrill rides . But we're heading there in September & was wondering what would be the most extreme rides in each park

MK-Space Mountain
EP-Mission Space (Orange Team)
DHS-Rock'n'RollerCoaster, Tower of Terror
DAK-Expedition Everest, Dinosaur, Primeval Whirl

Tower of Terror is the wildest in my opinion, followed by Rockin Roller Coaster, then Space Mountain, next Expedition Everest, next Dinosaur, and last Primeval Whirl . I havent rode Mission Space orange so dont know about it. I was always afraid it would make me sick.

Agree with this. I think Mission Space is the worst. That thing can make you seriously sick! I had to close my eyes through part of it so I wouldn't barf:/

They say closing your eyes is the worst thing you can do because your brain should combine vision (if you focus on the screen) and ear motion to lessen the spinning.

But you do have a point, MS is the only ride with a barf bag infront of every rider.

ToT is either at the top or a bit of a yawn depending on the random sequence you get.

Agree !!! I don't get on any of them

Rockin Roller Coaster was the fastest and most fun!! Best part was the loud music which effectively canceled out any noise of the coaster itself. Tower of Terror is somewhat scary but it's all been done before.

Mission Space is not scary per se, but the effects on the body are tremendous. Do it right before you are ready to leave because after we did it, I spent the next hour and a half not wanting to do anything and feeling seriously off, not enough to vomit, but definitely off-center. :crazy2:

I would say Stitches Great Escape. It is extremely bad........

I think it is worse when you close eyes, I'm talking about orange version.

Mission Space, orange side. NEVER AGAIN. I wanted to paint the walls all the way out.

Expedition Everest usually makes me ill as well, but I go on it every time as it's such a cool experience. And the effects only last for a few minutes, nothing that sitting down for a few won't help.

I would add Mad Tea Party, can barely stand up and walk when it's over

LOL, me, too, though I used to do it just fine when I was younger! I'd add Star Tours, also, since I get some significant motion sickness (but controllable) on that.

EPCOT - Mission Space Orange
Magic Kingdom - Space Mountain
Disney Studios - Tower of Terror
Animal Kingdom - Expedition Everest

I cannot do Mission Space, Dinosaur or Primeval Whirl. I simply cannot take the spinning or the movement while staring at a screen. It just kills me. Funny thing is I do just fine on Soarin- not jerky I spose :)

i would definetly say Living with the Land... i hate it when we see all the fruit its so scary

Not at one of the major parks, but my teens REALLY liked the Cyber Space Mountain "ride" at Disney Quest. It's a build your own coaster type deal (a bit like Sum of all Thrills)...be sure to pick all the Red "danger" track elements. We had 7 upside down "loop" tracks on ours.

We haven't done DHS yet...but I agree with Epcot - Mission Space Orange, MK - Space Mountain and AK - Everest. DHS is tomorrow's park.

I don't know that I would consider any of the rides extreme except Mission Space Orange. I had a MAJOR claustrophobic few minutes after the control console pushed in close to me - it really caught me by surprise. My children were next to me so I kept smiling, but I was way happy to exit that bad boy!! :scared:

For "extreme" and a total mind, well, you know, I would say Twilight Zone. I've been on it dozens of times but the whole dead garden area leading up to the cobwebby lobby and then into the library (where people still think they are going to drop) and then to the boiler room which is freaky and then into the actual elevators, then up, then up, and then...... well, you don't know what you are going to get - it's like a box of chocolates. This attraction is so good that when I couldn't do the thrill rides because of a neck injury, I still did everything here except the drop.

For a true mind blowing experience, Twilight Zone gets my vote all the time.
