Chile:
Shrimp con Pebre Salsa
Tomatican with Manchego Cheese
Mango and Strawberry Fruit Salad with Cilantro

Champagne:
Duo of Chocolate Truffles: Dark Chocolate and Malted Milk

Ireland:
Chilled Potato Leek Soup with an Irish Cheddar Cheese Stick
Boxty with Bacon Chips and Kerrygold Garlic and Fresh Herb Butter
Irish Cheese Plate and Brown Bread with Apple Chutney and Kerrygold Irish Butter
Frozen Irish Coffee

South Africa:
Durban Spiced Chicken on Skewer
Spice Cake with Rooibus Vanilla
Tea-Marinated Fruit

Hops & Barley Market:
Savory Bacon and Onion Tart
New England Crab Cake and Barley Lentil Salad
Glazed Chicken Drum

France:
Sparkling Pomegranate Kir

Canada:
Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup (although I'm not sure why since we also stop at LeCellier to have a bowl every trip )


New Zealand:
Lamb Slider

France:
Escargots Persillade en Brioche (a favorite of his since our first F&W in '05 )

Oklahoma:
Three Sister Soup
Seared Buffalo with Scalloped Wild Onions (DH is a "meat and potatos kinda guy!)

Australia:
Shrimp on the Barbie
Grilled Lamb Chop with Caramelized Onions
