Donna Martin on the last few years of 90210. She would talk in this whispery voice that was sooo annnoying.

omg, THANK YOU! I have to watch the reruns on Soapnet with the closed captioning on because of Donna's constant whispering!

This show that's coming on soon with Zooey Deschanel or whatever her name is -- I'm already annoyed with the character she's playing. The commercials are awful! Watching the whole show would be torturous!

Also agree about iCarly, Screech, and Monroe (and cousin April!)... they're all terrible.

Holy cow is he ever a whiner. That would last about 10 seconds in our house. My Grandma used to watch our kids when they were toddlers in the afternoons and she looked at me after watching about 2 hours of Caillou on PBS and said, "Someone needs to swat that kid on the butt."

He whines all the time and he teaches the kids how to whine as well.

I must be fairly tolerant of TV characters That was the only one that sprang to mind, and only after seeing Lassie Lynne's post. The Wiggles WERE pretty awful, though.
