Morning Touring HS withOUT fastpass?

We are going in late April on a Monday. All of the closures as HS should be in full effect, making many of the crowds flock to whatever is left. If we are there are rope drop, can we tour HS without fastpass effectively? Thinking doing Toy Story Mania first of course. The only other priorities are Frozen sing-along, Disney JR, and DH and I would like to ride Tower of Terror and RnRC (rider swap). The reason we aren't using fastpass is because we want to save them for the afternoon at MK. DD is 4 and DS is 2. We would like to be back to MK for the afternoon parade at 3. But our first fastpass there is for 4pm at Splash, so we could potentially not get back till then.

We've had no problems getting into the sing-along with no FP+. Were you planning on going to Disney Jr while one of the adults rides RnRC or Tot?

I thought we would all go to Disney Jr together, but I hadn't thought about splitting up. That might work as well! I was thinking Toy story, ToT, then Frozen and Disney Jr, then RnRC with single rider line.

I can't help with Jr or the sing along, but get there early (standing in line before park opens). Go straight to TSMM, and then I'd make my way to RNRC then TOT. Like I said, I don't know anything about the sing along, but doing this should let you get all that done in probably a little over an hour.

Your plan sounds good to me... Haven't been for the frozen sing a long though.. but the Disney Jr show is adorable.. I wouldn't want to miss it myself.. Your kids will love it and there is little "suprises" throughout.. so cute... Don't forget to meet the Disney Jr characters also.. and the little mermaid show was great too...(if that is still there)
