Anything work for you? My doctor told me to eat saltines, I told her it is not helping I can't keep them down and she said all I can do is to hang in there. I called in sick to work d/t nausea and vomiting before I knew I was pregnant a few weeks ago and I do not want to call out again but this is AWFUL. I am miserable. I get hungry, I take a bite or two and then I pay for it for hours. I feel horrible. I work 12 hour shifts, so missing one is a big deal. But 12 hours is a long time to try to get through when you feel horrible.
It was awful. What I found to help was eating super cold watermelon first thing in the morning (don't ask me why). My husband would bring it to me when I was still in bed. I think something about the sweetness and the liquid content really helped. (But try finding watermelon in the middle of winter!) Super cold canned pears also helped.

We went to WDW and the whole family teased me that I never missed a garbage can in all 4 parks.
Then magically as soon as the baby came out I felt fine. I'm just one of those people who can't tolerate the hormones I guess. I had it equally as bad with my second son. I tried 3 different Rx drugs, seaband bracelets, crackers, nothing helped.
But I do agree with the previous replies about eating something before you lift your head off the pillow in the morning. I kept ritz crackers next to the bed and would eat 4 or 5 of them before I sat up. It did help a little bit. Hang in there!!! My boys are 11 and 13 now, it's all just a blur.
