Honeywolf, I admire your compassion & desire to learn & listen. In my experience these young men are respectful, well mannered well groomed and can carry on conversation well. My husband has hired young men (19-21) to work in his business before, but the best one he ever hired was a Joh. Witness who went door to door. The most polite we ever hired!
