Morimoto lunch menu question

In looking at the Morimoto menu in the MDE online the lunch menu shows no sashimi? Is that possible or is the online menu just a shortened version

Unfortunately the lunch menu is a very abbreviated set of offerings. Last time we ate there we were told it was because they couldn’t hire enough cooks to provide more than a limited menu at lunch.

Thank you I understand I was just surprised that non sashimi but now that you mention it thats a more specialized chef. Guess I will be changing my lunch reservation to dinner LOL
