Yes, the other posters who stated it was on Prime Time Live are correct ... he said it to Diane Sawyer as a joke. If you saw the interview, you'd know he was totally joking around.
And, he did say that Katie could scream and have an epidural ... it's EVERYONE ELSE who has to be quiet in the birthing room. I am surprised b/c he had mentioned in an earlier interview that those Scientology posters were a reminder for Katie.
Needlesss to say, in the interview, he would not answer most of the questions on Scientology. He told Diane Sawyer to "read the book" and she named the one book she read and he told her "You read the wrong book ... you should have read the others". Uh -- what does that mean?! I'm surprised that he wouldn't talk openly about his religion (is it a religion?).
He didn't say it was a religion, per se .. he said it was a tool for better living. However, in this "tool for better living", they do have a higher entity that they believe in, right? So, if you have an entity you believe in, then how can it not be a religion? And, if it's a religion, how can you be Catholic and a Scientologist or Jewish and a Scientologist?
