More than one grumpy at the world thisThanksgiving !!!

I'm sorry if this thread has popped up somewhere else but I typed it submitted it then in vanished !!!: confused:
Anyhoo basically it was about how many grumpy guests and characters there seemed to be this Thanksgiving. We are from the UK and love WDW with a passion so nothin would spoil our holiday, but it saddened me to see how grumpy some of the characters were. Especially CRT Belle, Snow white and Aurora all seemed very indifferent, not even making eyecontact with my dd just signing her autograph book and posing for a very 'quick' foto. I realise there is a very fast turn around in there and they haven't got much time, but Mary Poppins and the fairy godmother were very sweet chatting whilst signing and making her feel special. I felt slightly cheated as dd had been looking forward to this all year and we all know how difficult it is to get ADR for CRT !!!!!

Also Stitch in Tomorrowland was very grumpy, didn't want to interact at all with dd, no one in line behind her either - she did ask why stitch didn't give her hug like in AK and MGM - what d'ya say to that?

Anyone had similiar experiences past 2 weeks?? I know tempers can get easily frayed in the Holidays, but just didn't get it - especially as we were all at The Happiest Place on Earth !!! Chill and Enjoy is my motto that's what Holidays are about

I know one CM said to our group that because of the unexpected crowds there weren't enough CMs.....so maybe they were tired; hopefully not grumpy.

I didn't notice much of a difference but then we had older kids (high schoolers) who weren't into charcters like little ones would be.
